Workshop Design

Workshops are customized using the "Flipchart" sheets to align with the process and/or break-out groups. Rich set of idea evaluation techniques includes: rating, points allocation, 2-dimensional evaluation, custom rating (e.g. Fibonacci, T-shirt size). 

To identify requirements, each team member anonymously enters ideas, or suggestions.

In order to select and prioritize requirements, team members anonymously rate the importance of each one.

Team results show the average rating of importance, the minimum / maximum ratings, and standard deviation.

Based on the ratings and discussion, the requirements can be categorized, or grouped, into priority buckets
