cordin8 enables inter-team coordination

With a common interface and data structure, cordin8 facilitates a consistent user experience, inter-team communication, and automates consolidated team reporting and analysis.

Example: R&D management overseeing multiple programs containing multiple projects.

Management TeamMachine(TM).  The management team uses the OKRs section to track their strategy.  They use the Ideas section (Kanban) to manage the flow of ideas (program proposals) and the Program section to view the consolidated program schedule.  A link to the corresponding Program TeamMachine(TM) is associated with the corresponding program on the schedule, which enables data roll-up and user navigation.

Research Program TeamMachine(TM).  Each program team creates a vision and formulates a strategy for their program, which is captured and tracked in the Objectives section.  Ideas for project project proposals are managed in the Ideas section using a Kanban board.  The project proposals that are approved and prioritized are placed on the consolidated schedule (Projects section).   For each project listed on the schedule, there is a link to the corresponding Project TeamMachine(TM), which facilitates data roll-up for reporting as well as navigation.

Predictive Project TeamMachine(TM).  The structure in this example is based on the PMBOK(R) Guide.  The common structure for all project teams in the program facilitates not only data exchange within the program, but also accelerates team member orientation especially when team members are on multiple teams.
