Workshop Design
Workshops are customized using the "Flipchart" sheets to align with the WBS levels and/or break-out groups. Rich set of idea evaluation techniques includes: rating, points allocation, 2-dimensional evaluation, custom rating (e.g. Fibonacci, T-shirt size).

Using the output from the brainstorming session, team members define the WBS elements: scope, resources (skills), stakeholders, procurement, quality, risks, assumptions, constraints, etc.
