  • Each team members gets a scorecard vendor packages on a scale of 1-5 for each requirement

Team Summary Report creates a weighted average score by averaging all team members rating and multiplying by the weight of the requirement.

 

Total score for each vendor is shown on bottom of each Vendor column.
