Project Plan: WBS
Team members can work in parallel to define the Work Packages -- scope, resources, risks, procurement, etc.
The WBS can be created in a combination of methods: directly in cordin8; output saved from cordin8 Brainstorming session; imported using a CSV-formatted file or Microsoft Project.
Gantt Chart
Gantt chart shows timeline and dependencies with zoom in/out.
Project Plan: Activities
The activities for each Work Package in the WBS are managed by team members using the Kanban.
The Kanban can be filtered to show roles or by person responsible.
PM & Project Docs
Project management documents, such as a Project Charter, and documents unique to the project use cordin8's collaborative smart document capabilities. They can be saved as "PDFs", or exported to other tools, then routed through the Approvals workflow feature.
Approvals
Documents, such as a Project Charter, are routed to those who need to sign-off. These documents are managed in the "Approvals" section.
