Enterprise Systems Support manages "small" infrastructure projects

Portfolio Components

Intake.  Project requests / proposals. Requests move from "1. Funnel" to "2. Analyze" to estimate the effort.

After the project request is costed, it moves to "3. Backlog".  The Portfolio Steering committee, which is comprised of customer representatives, select and prioritize the project requests.

Once the project requests have been selected and prioritized, they are moved to "4. Implement" and placed on the Portfolio Schedule.  Once the project request has been closed, it moves to "5. Done".

Project requests that been selected, are scheduled and resource(s) assigned for tracking.

For each project request, "Activities" are created and assigned to team members and tracked.
